LEADERSHIP GATHERING TO ADDRESS MINISTRY AND WORSHIP

ABSW’s annual Pastoral Leadership Conference will explore the connection between worship and ministry Jan. 13-15, 2003.

With a theme of “Both to Serve and Adore: Ministry and Worship for the 21st Century,” the conference will explore biblical and theological reflection on the work of the church. Special emphasis will be given to the multiracial and multicultural contexts in which the church ministers and worships.

Dr. Alyn Waller of the Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church in Philadelphia and the Rev. Dr. Nancy Hall, ABSW’s director and associate professor of contextual education, will be the keynote speakers.

The conference is designed for pastors and laity. It will be held at the San Damiano Retreat Center in Danville.
