STAFF GREETS CHANGES

President Keith Russell has made several staff appointments and changes for the 2003-2004 academic year.

Dr. Peter Yuichi Clark has been named assistant professor of pastoral care. He will coordinate the seminary’s pastoral care studies and convene adjunct pastoral care instructors. Clark will serve part time at ABSW while continuing his work as chaplain administrator at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center in Oakland.

Christopher Donaldson has been named director of development. (See related article.)

Dr. Nancy Hall, who has served the last several years as associate professor and director of contextual education, has agreed to take up new responsibilities as director of continuing education. Hall is on sabbatical this fall. Her new position begins in January. She will work with church leaders and alumni/ae to create new continuing education offerings.

Dr. Margaret McManus, who has served the seminary as registrar, director of housing, and assistant professor of American religious history, is now full-time faculty.
