Denise Bowman Wiley (1995) is the pastor of life development at Hillside Church of Marin in Corte Madera, Calif.

Jae Chung (2004) successfully defended his thesis and has been granted a master of arts in church history.

Patricia Ciupek (1993) was married to Robert Allen Dowd on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2005, in Antioch, Calif.

Everett Curry (1967) finished an interim pastorate in Oregon City in May 2005. He is editor of The Oscillator (monthly ham radio newsletter) and a financial planning consultant.

Ralph Daniel (1952) is the psychiatric chaplain associate at Del Webb Hospital in Sun City West, Ariz. Daniel also recently published his third book, A Funny Thing Happened On The Road To Retirement.

John Eby (1965) retired as pastor at First Baptist Church in Porterville, Calif., on Aug. 20, 2005. Eby's wife, Sherrie, retired on April 30, 2005.

Mary Fleming (2003) was installed as pastor of Prince of Peace Church in Sacramento, Calif., on October 16, 2005.

William "Bill" Herzog (1969) has been named dean of Andover Newton Theological School in Newton Centre, Mass. Previously he was professor of New Testament at Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School in Rochester, N.Y.

Marshall Hoffman (1960) received his doctorate of ministry in 2004 from Claremont School of Theology in California. He is currently in his fifth interim pastorate since retiring.

Joseph Johnson (2002) is a chaplain in the Marine Corps. His next assignment is Camp Pendleton, located near San Diego, Calif.

William Koenig (1966) retired last year after working 25 years with San Diego County in the Child Protective Services Department.

Bill and Beth MeCready (1993) celebrated their 10th anniversary at First Baptist Church, Pocatello, Idaho, on Jan. 11, 2006.

John Noriega (1996) and wife Aggie celebrated their 38th anniversary on Sept. 16, 2005. They live in Roseville, Calif., and work with a new church plant named New Life Christian Auburn.

David Schirer (1991) is the pastor of Chestnut Avenue Community Church in Concord, Calif.

David Silke (1953) completed 16 months as interim pastor of the First Baptist Church of Puyallup, Wash.

Nancy Smith (2003) was ordained on Oct. 30, 2005, at the First Baptist Church, Oakland, Calif.

Scott Thomson (1971) had open heart surgery on Dec. 29, 2004. He completed his cardiac treatment with success on July 29, 2005.

Thomas Wheeler (1971) is currently the moderator of Area 3 churches in the American Baptist Churches of the Rocky Mountains region. His wife, Nancy Wheeler, has been hired as chaplain at Ebenezer Lutheran Care Center of Brush, Colo.

Johnny Wilson (1983) is senior pastor at Mount Calvary Baptist Church, Springfield, Mass. He is also a doctor of ministry student at United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio.

Seung Ho Yoo (2005) was ordained on Feb. 19, 2006, by Christian Evangelical Churches of America, Inc.
