IN MEMORIAM

Charlotte Walch, daughter of seminary founder Frederic I. Drexler, died July 12, 2002.

Walch’s father founded California Baptist Theological Seminary, forerunner to ABSW. Walch was an active resident of Hanford, Calif., and member of First Baptist Church. A memorial service was held at the church July 14.

Walch’s husband, Roger, died in 1964. She is survived by her brother, Fred Drexler of San Francisco; her daughter, Joan Walch Jones of San Francisco; and three grandchildren and four great-granddaughters.
