HOUSING
On campus housing offers a unique opportunity for community development beyond the classroom. ABSW currently owns two apartment buildings (Gray and Bratcher) located on the seminary campus. Apartments include one-bedroom, two-bedroom, studio and studio-plus and are unfurnished. The apartments were renovated and retrofitted for earthquake safety in 2003 and 2005. Washers and dryers are available in a community laundry room located under Bratcher Apartment building. Residents pay for utilities, telephone, internet, and cable. Parking spaces may be available to residents for a monthly fee.
Persons desiring to live in campus housing should indicate this on the "Application for Admission" to ABSW under the section titled "Enrollment Status." Upon acceptance to ABSW, more information will be sent to the prospective student.
Our housing priority deadline for new students is June 1st.
